We want you and your children to be completely satisfied with our premium toys. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
- All parts must be complete (especially important for experiment sets or doll accessories)
- Proof of purchase must be provided

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
*Original shipping costs are only refunded for faulty or damaged items.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. We will ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items unless they are faulty:
- BABY born and Baby Annabell dolls that have been removed from their original packaging
- Opened experiment sets (Besttoy Experimentiersets)
- Personalized or custom-made toys
